What counts as an active course?

An active course is one that's published and available for enrollment. Archived courses don't count against your plan limit. You can archive and reactivate courses at any time.

Every plan includes live and on-demand CLE course workflows, certificate issuance, and reporting. Plans differ in the number of active courses, advanced features like custom branding, and level of support.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no access is removed mid-period.

What if I need more courses than my plan allows?

You can add courses beyond your limit at your plan's overage rate, billed monthly. If you're consistently over, upgrading to the next plan is usually the better deal.
